Today, I'd like to share a case study of remodeling a splendid orange coral ring.
The customer brought in a coral ring with a vintage feel.
Ring before remodeling
The large 20x12mm coral was set vertically, and its impact was truly stunning.
However, the customer felt that the somewhat nostalgic design, combined with the strong presence of the coral, made it difficult for everyday wear.
Therefore, we decided to remodel it into a design where the coral is set horizontally, making it more suitable for casual wear.
Furthermore, delicate melee diamonds were placed around the coral, incorporating the style of the popular "Water Lip" collection from 440.

The three-pronged claws used in the original ring were subtly incorporated into the new design, allowing us to completely refresh the design while still retaining the impression of the original setting.
The opaque orange coral achieved an exquisite balance that was not too flashy yet still retained its brilliance, and I am delighted that the customer was very satisfied.
