Return Requests
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Your message should include your order number, name, and reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unopened, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- All accessories and packaging included with the order must be returned together with the item.
- Return shipping costs for customer-preference returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- In cases of initial defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For exchanges due to customer preference, shipping costs for the second delivery will be charged to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased for resale
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged due to the customer's own actions
- Items returned more than 8 days after delivery
- Items purchased from any source other than this site

Pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn, except in cases of initial defects, for hygiene reasons.
