Q1｜What is the estimated delivery time?
A: In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days. If you are having an item resized or converted into earrings/piercings, it will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase. For made-to-order items, please refer to the product description as lead times vary.
Q2｜Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we'll take care of it. Please let us know in the remarks field or in advance if you have any special requests.
Q3｜Will a delivery note, an invoice, or a receipt be included with the order?
A: Normally, we will include a delivery note without prices. If you are sending this as a gift or require a receipt, please let us know in the remarks column.
Q4｜Can I change the delivery date or shipping address?
A: We will accommodate your requests as much as possible.
