商品のお届けについて
440showroomでは、オンラインストアでご購入いただいた商品の送料を全額当店が負担いたします。また、日本国外への国際配送につきましては、関税・輸入消費税を含めた金額をご注文時に一括してお支払いいただく「DDP（Delivered Duty Paid）」方式でお届けしますので、商品到着時に追加費用が発生することはございません。
対象地域：オーストラリア、シンガポール、ニュージーランド、台湾、香港、欧州連合（EU）加盟国
お届けまでの目安
即納品（在庫のある商品） ご注文から通常7営業日以内に発送いたします。発送後のお届け目安は下記の通りです。
- 日本国内：発送後3日前後
- 台湾・香港・シンガポール・オーストラリア・ニュージーランド：発送後3〜7営業日
- 欧州連合（EU）加盟国：発送後5〜10営業日
受注品（お取り寄せ・製作を伴う商品） 商品により製作期間が異なるため、発送日は都度メールにてご案内いたします。
※通関手続きの状況により遅延が生じる場合があります。
配送方法
日本国内はヤマト運輸または佐川急便、海外はFedExにて発送いたします。発送後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせします。
修理・リフォーム・お見積もりについて
修理・リフォーム・お見積もりをご希望のお客様は、商品を当店までお送りいただく際の送料はお客様のご負担となります。お見積もり後、加工をご依頼いただかない場合の返送料もお客様のご負担となります。加工をご依頼いただいた場合の返送料は当店が負担いたします。

Free Shipping on All Orders
440showroom offers complimentary shipping on all online store purchases, both domestic and international. All international shipments outside Japan are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Countries/regions covered: Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and European Union member states.
Estimated Delivery Times
Ready-to-Ship Items (in-stock items) Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Japan (domestic): approximately 3 days after shipping
- Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand: 3–7 business days after shipping
- European Union member states: 5–10 business days after shipping
Made-to-Order Items (special order / production required) Production time varies by item. We will contact you by email with the specific shipping date.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Carrier
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. International orders are shipped via FedEx with full tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Repairs & Alterations
For customers sending items to us for repair, alteration, or estimation, please note that inbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you decide not to proceed with the work after receiving your estimate, return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility. If you proceed with the work, your item will be returned to you at no additional shipping charge.
