Q3｜What is the estimated production time (delivery time)?
A: It depends on the content, but the estimate is about two months. Please consult us if you are in a hurry.
Q4 | Can I trade in my current frame?
A: Yes, it is possible. Platinum, gold, and silver are eligible for trade-in. Please bring any unused jewelry you may have. Please note that we may not be able to accept items depending on their hallmarks or condition.
Q5 | Is it possible to use jewelry purchased from other companies?
We will assess the condition and proceed after explaining the possible methods and precautions. If processing is difficult, we will explain it on the day.
Q6｜Can I send my consultation details and photos in advance?
A: Yes. You can enter details about your consultation and attach photos when making your reservation. Please send any reference images you have that illustrate your ideal design.
