Work Location

(Scope of transfer after joining the company: Ichibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)

Job Description (Administrative)

You will primarily be responsible for the "progress management" of jewelry production.
*Actual production is done by artisans.

• Confirmation and organization of order details
  
• Production schedule management
  
• Communication and coordination with artisans
  
• Confirmation of production progress
  
• Inspection and quality check of finished products
  
• Delivery date management
  
• Simple administrative tasks (data entry, document creation, etc.)
  

No experience necessary / We will provide thorough training.

Employment Type

Part-time
Working hours and days will be determined based on your preferences within our business hours of 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
(Examples: specific days of the week / with or without overtime / within dependent's income limits, etc.)

Contract Period

• For a maximum of two months from the date of employment, it will be a fixed-term contract (non-renewable) as a probationary period.
  
• If the criteria for permanent employment are met during the probationary period, a new indefinite-term contract will be concluded.
  

Permanent Employee Promotion System Available

A system including part-time permanent employees is scheduled to be introduced.

Wages

Hourly wage 1,300 yen - 1,500 yen
Probationary period: Hourly wage 1,300 yen
The hourly wage at the time of permanent employment will be determined based on ability, job content, etc.
*Wage increases will be once a year after permanent employment (based on ability and performance).

Commuting expenses provided

Up to 15,000 yen per month

Payday, etc.

Closed at the end of the month, paid on the 10th of the following month

Employment Insurance

Eligible if contract hours are 20 hours or more per week and employment is expected for 31 days or more.

Health Insurance and Employee Pension

Eligible if contract hours are 3/4 or more of full-time regular employees' hours (30 hours or more per week) and days.
However, if you wish to enroll in social insurance with 20 hours or more but less than 30 hours per week, please consult us.

Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance

Eligible regardless of working hours or days
